Invector Embedded Technologies Shipping Procedures

At Invector Embedded Technologies (IET) we pride ourselves on our customer service. Being a family run business we feel that we are in a position to give you a service and support that shall be unbeatable as well as a personal touch.

For items that we have in stock our aim is to have them shipped within 24 hours after you have made the order. If they are not in stock you can rest assured that we are doing our very best to make sure that we can deliver as soon as possible. We are normally fully stocked for small volumes on all our products but fluctuating demand can effect this.

All products are by default shipped with 1st class air mail to your destination (the whole world). This method of shipment is not tracked and not insured but provides a 1st class service at a resonable cost. It never takes more than 7 days to any location in the world, and normally only 3-5 days. 

If you require a traceable and insured shipment you will have to order this separatly.

We can also provide UPS shipments for extremly fast deliveries around the world, UPS Express with next day deliveries are available.

Invector Embedded Technologies return policy

All products are fully tested before the are packed and shipped out to you. It is therefore very unlikely that any item that you recieve should be faulty.

If an item that you receive is damaged due to transport and you have selected to insure your shipment you should contact the forwarder directly to solve any reclaim dispute with them. Invector Embedded Technologies never assumes any responsibility for shipping damages.

Should you still suspect that the device that you have received was faulty when you received it, you should contact us immediatly. Due to the experimental nature of our products we do not accept claims of faulty devices later than 14 days after shipping date.

PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone.

All returns MUST be sent back recorded delivery. If this is not done we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent.
